    • Is there an existing film that effectively captures the tone of your script? (Two examples maximum).

    • How do you plan to find your actors? (100 words maximum).

    • What is your experience with working with actors? What is your style when it comes to directing actors? (150 words maximum).

    • What kind of rehearsal process would you want to implement with your actors? (100 words maximum).

    • What is your philosophy as a director? What is your leadership style? (200 words maximum).

    • Describe the logistics involved in creating your visual style. Will you be using any special equipment or techniques? (200 words maximum)

    • Describe how production design will aid in creating the world of your film. (150 words maximum)

    • How do you plan to get students to sign up to work on your project? (150 words max)

    • What do you plan to do for ‘marketing’/promotional material for your film? Will you need a marketing manager? Will you have a specific person working on social media? Will you have an illustrator/graphic designer for posters/graphics? (250 words maximum)

    • What kind of role, logistical or creative, will the producer have with the film? (200 words maximum).

      • *For example, if the producer is taking a creative role, mention who will be dealing with the logistical role (e.g., a production manager).

    • What is the film’s genre(s)? (3 words)

    • How do you want this film to impact your audience? Why will your film stand out to festival programmers and other distributors? (250 words maximum).

    • So you’ve made a film, now what? What is your logistical plan to distribute your film to festivals, screenings, etc. after the premiere? Do you have research plans and/or will you have a festival coordinator? A budget estimate? Specific festivals or other distribution outlets in mind (200 words maximum).
